Welcome to Viet Unicorn, an international non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing young Vietnamese entrepreneurs.
It is a training program designed to transform Vietnamese individuals from a small-business mindset to the capacity of global entrepreneurs, based on the philosophy of “Liu Bei visiting Zhuge Liang three times” and the Lion Entrepreneur model.
It doesn’t teach detailed management skills. Instead, it focuses on developing an entrepreneurial mindset – building leadership, talent recognition, ecosystem development, and empowerment for sustainable startups.
It includes two core components:

Behavioral leadership training (8 modules)

Entrepreneurial mindset development (7 modules)
Mostly online through a digital learning platform or via Zoom.
Typically 10–12 months depending on the learner’s pace and each cohort’s schedule.
It avoids stuffing in tools or economic theory. Instead, it rewires foundational thinking about investment, business, fundraising, management, and startup team formation – to ignite true entrepreneurial capacity.
Yes. The program builds from the ground up. It's for anyone aspiring to become a business owner – prior experience is not required.
